Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Windruil, a platform where private individuals buy and sell used kite, wing and foil gear.

1. The role of Windruil

Windruil connects buyers and sellers and offers a protected payment through Stripe. The sale is made between buyer and seller; Windruil does not sell the gear offered.

2. Account

One account per person, with a verified identity. You are at least 18 and your details are accurate.

3. Listings

You only sell gear you own, with an honest description and real photos, defects included. Stolen or prohibited goods, counterfeits and listings without actual gear are not allowed.

4. Payment and fees

Payment only happens on the platform. Selling is free; the buyer pays the protection fee (€2 + 5 %). The rules on hand-over, deadlines and disputes are on the Buyer protection page.

5. Conduct

No fraud, harassment or attempts to arrange payment outside the platform. In case of abuse, we may remove listings and close accounts.

6. Liability

Windruil is not liable for the condition of the gear sold, but settles disputes according to the buyer protection rules. Operator: [to be completed].
